Join Tikvah for a sweet evening of engaging conversations over desserts! This in-person event is perfect for those who love both good company and tasty treats. Learn about becoming a Certified Peer Specialist with Special Guest Speaker, Racquel Fetzer, who will be sharing her story, the importance of becoming a Certified Peer Specialist, and how to become one. JRA Food Distribution

Sunday, August 11 | 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
JRA Warehouse 

Join this month's distribution and help pack and deliver food for low-income individuals across the Greater Philadelphia area. From 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., join JRA Juniors for ages ten and under to pack boxes and enjoy stories and crafts. Starting at 10:00 a.m., packing for ages ten and older will begin. To register, click here.

 

Shir Ami Solidarity Mission to Israel Led by Rabbi Chuck Briskin

In Israel’s time of need, Join Shir Ami on a unique mission. Travel to Israel to show support and meet with leaders, first responders, social service agencies, peace activists and more. For the first time in 15 years, Theatre Ariel returns to mainstage productions with this complex, highly theatrical story of identity and history. Four actors will take you on the whirlwind, stream-of-consciousness journey of a Jewish woman living in Amsterdam who stumbles on a long-forgotten gas bill from 1944. The bill's implications send her on a riveting exploration of identity, legacy and life in diaspora.
