The dead are meant to stay buried – aren’t they? Shiva is over, but Mort and his son Artie are still mourning the loss of wife and mother Shirley when a seeming miracle jolts them from their grief. But the miracle comes with its own complications, which they try to navigate in the most unexpected of ways. A dark comedy about death that is nonetheless filled with life. Check out the play the New York Post called "a delightfully intriguing mish-mash of realism and fantasy in which to wander," presented in Theatre Ariel signature Salon reading style. Special Mention

Apply for Camp Scholarships and Grants

The Jewish Federation offers One Happy Camper grants of up to $1,000 to families with children attending nonprofit Jewish overnight camps for the first time. Not based on financial need, the Jewish Federation directly distributes these grants to families with the goal of creating new experiences to cultivate their identities while participating in the Jewish community.

In addition, the Jewish Federation offers financial aid to reduce barriers for families to send their children to camp. Camps receive this funding to distribute to their campers in need. Scholarships are eligible for in-state Jewish day and overnight camps and for families of low to moderate income. To learn more, click here
