The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) group has opened a RFP for projects that will make significant contributions towards a tangible and enduring capital need within our Jewish community. The grant amounts will range between $5,000 and $50,000 for one year, although larger grants are possible. Housing and security-related projects will be prioritized. The deadline for submission is March 10, 2022.
As an affinity group of the Jewish Federation, JFRE brings real estate professionals from the Greater Philadelphia area together to learn, network and hear from the brightest minds in the business while making a significant contribution to the community. Annual membership contributions feed into the JFRE Fund or the Jewish Community Fund, which supports our Jewish communities and gives life to capital projects both in Greater Philadelphia and in Israel.
Through the JFRE Fund, the Jewish Federation has granted $3+ million in allocations to capital projects and have partnered with 34 local and 17 Israel agencies. Projects funded by JFRE enhance the quality of Jewish community life and link the community with its heritage by contributing to its infrastructure.
