The Venture Israel Fellowship

During the intensive 15-month program, Fellows join with other local educators, rabbis, leaders, and activists to deepen their knowledge of Israeli culture, society, and politics. Throughout the program, participants will gain essential tools to design and deliver innovative Israel education experiences within their own communities. What's at Stake? Understanding Israel's Local Elections

Join the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Jewish Community Relations Council in collaboration with the Abraham Initiatives to discuss Israel's upcoming local elections. In the wake of political turbulence and still reeling from the violence of May 2021, these elections come at a turning point for shared societies in mixed cities. Learn from experts what citizens are voting on, what issues are most crucial, and how the Abraham Initiatives is elevating the voices of both Jews and Palestinians seeking peaceful coexistence. Cemetery Cleanups

Har Nebo Cemetery or Har Jehuda Cemetery 

Honor those at rest by cleaning up local historic, Jewish cemeteries. Volunteer tasks include raking, picking up trash and clipping overgrown vines. The cleanup will end with a memorial service to honor all of those buried. To register, click here.
