Israeli Dancing with Rak Dan
Sunday, October 1 | 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Ohev Shalom Synagogue

Get ready for Simchat Torah by learning Israeli dances with Ohev Shalom – beginners to experienced adults are welcome! Enjoy drinks and nosh in the Sukkah at 7:00 p.m. and dancing at 7:30 p.m. No registration or experience is required. For more information, click here.

 

Combating Antisemitism in Schools Webinar
Tuesdays, October 3 | 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Are you a Jewish parent looking to develop skills to advocate for your children in the face of growing antisemitism? Join a three-part, all virtual series designed for parents of any knowledge or skill level. OyVey 5K
Sunday, October 22 | 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Ohev Shalom Synagogue

Fall back into fitness for the 8th annual Oy Vey 5K event! Choose between the Oy Vey 5K (a relatively flat out-and-back) or a nice 2.5K walk to support our community. All participants who register by Sunday, October 1 will receive a race t-shirt. All finishers will be eligible to win various raffle prizes from local sponsors after the events conclude. Narcan Training

What's at Stake? Understanding Israel's Local Elections

MSYG Scavenger Hunt

Elmwood Park Zoo

MSYG is back and ready for year two with YOU! All Jewish Middle schoolers are invited and welcome to attend and challenge each other with a group scavenger hunt and tour of Elmwood Park Zoo. No synagogue affiliation necessary. A $15 per person fee can be paid via Venmo @kesher-Israel. For more information, click here.
