Lighting Up the Season: Chanukah Events Across Greater Philadelphia

Written by Rachel Cohen | Nov 25, 2025 3:56:14 PM

The story of Chanukah is one of perseverance and faith — a reminder that even when the world feels uncertain, hope endures. As we gather to celebrate this Festival of Lights, we find strength in each other and in the enduring light that guides the Jewish people.

“Chanukah reminds us that even the smallest light can spark hope,” said The Jewish Federation’s Director of Leadership Development and Governance Lori Rubin. “This season, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is proud to help bring our community together — because that is when we shine brightest."

Whether you’re looking for festive menorah lightings, family-friendly activities, or to simply dance the night away, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia has something for everyone to enjoy this Chanukah.
