This month, the Jewish Federation welcomed Alan Lepore as the new Program Manager of the Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) group.
“I am thrilled to be working alongside such legends in the Greater Philadelphia community and to continue to build upon the great work that has already been done by JFRE,” said Lepore. “The drive they have to help the Jewish community in Greater Philadelphia, Israel and around the world excites me to come to work everyday and cultivate those next great JFRE leaders.”
Lepore brings with him nine plus years of non-profit and government affairs experience alongside his Masters of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management. In some of his previous roles, Lepore worked as an Account Executive for Audacy, Inc., a free broadcast and internet radio platform, and as an Annual Giving Manager at Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation.
Since joining the Jewish Federation, Lepore has begun supporting JFRE’s fundraising and engagement efforts to enhance its position as the premier real estate group in Greater Philadelphia’s philanthropic network.
“I want to help bring diverse voices to JFRE and have it reflect what our community looks like. This is important to me as we move forward into this next chapter,” Lepore continued. “It will make us stronger as both a JFRE group and as the Jewish Federation.”
