The Jewish Federation is pleased to welcome Kim Kokatay as the new Assistant Director of Data Services.

“I am extremely honored and excited to begin my journey here at Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia,” said Kokatay. “I was moved at the prospect of being part of an organization that genuinely cares about the Jewish community. From the macro view of raising millions of dollars each year for vital services and programs locally and worldwide, to the micro view of touching the individual lives of those in need.”

Prior to joining the Jewish Federation, Kokatay worked as a Senior Data Analyst for Liberty Mutual and as an Underwriting Executive for PMA Companies. Along with her extensive skills and experience, Kokatay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science & Statistics from West Chester University.

Since joining the Jewish Federation, Kokatay has begun supporting the direction of the Data Services department to ensure its success in streamlining metrics and data collection, analyzing impact, showcasing areas for improvement, and proactively identifying areas for growth and opportunity.

“As an employee, it is extremely motivating and fulfilling to be able to direct my work efforts/skill set to this organization,” Kokatay continued. “I am ready to help take our data analytics department to the next level by developing and executing analytic initiatives to drive proactive decision making by answering business problems, optimizing processes and enhancing automation. I am also looking forward to identifying opportunities to improve the organization’s systems to enable better data collection and improve data quality.”
