Mazel tov to Sarah Lefkowitz on her new position as Major Gifts Officer! In her previous role, Lefkowitz worked with two of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s affinity groups, Women's Philanthropy and NextGen. During that time, she provided strong leadership in running the Women’s Leadership Development Program and collaborated to produce one of the most successful NextGen events at the Fitler Club, attracting over 100 future young leaders.

"I look forward to inspiring philanthropists to invest in our Jewish community that is not only there for them, but will continue to be the driving force to ensuring a more secure and vibrant Jewish Philadelphia," Lefkowitz said.

In her new role, Lefkowitz will continue to work with our generous supporters, oversee emergency campaigns, and focus on strategizing how to incorporate best practices on how to incorporate legacy and planned giving.

In entering this new chapter of her journey, Lefkowitz reflected: 

“I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to grow my career at the Jewish Federation and inspire philanthropists to invest in a community that has been there for my family and me, and will continue to be the driving force in ensuring a safe and vibrant Jewish Philadelphia.”
