Millions of adults live with one or more chronic health conditions. KleinLife's programs will help people and their caregivers manage their symptoms, improve their quality of life and reduce healthcare costs. Participants make weekly action plans, share experiences and help each other solve problems they encounter in creating and carrying out their self-management program. Soup for the Sick
Young Israel of Elkins Park
Pick up a kosher quart of chicken soup for a friend or neighbor who is sick. A couple of observant Jewish women in Elkins Park saw a need for healthy, soothing and kosher chicken soup for the sick people around them who were feeling sick. So they got cooking! Frozen, delicious chicken soup can be picked up for free and brough to someone who is sick and in need of healing. To order, email onityaakova@gmail.com.
