The Property Film Screening and Breakfast - A Collaborative Program with Shir Ami & The Gems at the J

Breaking the Heart Open: A Jewish Creativity Workshop for Writers
Wednesday, Feb. 25 | 7:30 - 9 p.m.
Meyers Library at KI

Join Rabbi Leah Berkowitz, Jewish Studio Project (JSP) Fellow, for a 90 minute workshop that combines text learning with art-making. This session will be geared particularly towards writers (and aspiring writers) to help us get out of our heads, break through creative blockages, and find our unique voices. We will follow the methodology of the Jewish Studio Project, which cultivates creativity as a Jewish practice for spiritual connection and social transformation.
