My resolutions include strengthening and sustaining funding for the
Jewish Federation’s Mitzvah Food Program so we can meet the growing
demand caused by food insecurity; enhancing community security through additional protective layers and improved internal systems; successfully launching our new CRM; and continuing to build financial understanding and transparency across the Jewish Federation.”

- Livi DiCaro, Senior Chief of Finance and Operations

"As I look toward the new year, my hope is to continue strengthening our
workplace culture so that every employee feels valued, included and
empowered. I am committed to fostering an environment that supports
both personal and professional growth, helping individuals reach
meaningful milestones in their careers. I will also continue to champion
the incredible work we do by ensuring a workplace where all employees

"There is a wonderful saying that goes, ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.’ Collaborations take time and can feel cumbersome. However it will only be when we go beyond the walls of our own institutions and work in greater collaboration with like-minded partners that we will ever be able to soar. In the new year, we renew our commitment to reach across our region to work together with agencies, congregations and community members to create a vibrant, innovative and welcoming Jewish community.”

- Jeffrey Lasday, Senior Chief of External Affairs

"Thanks to the forethought and generosity of those that came before us, we have an endowment that provides both steady support and a vital safety net for our Jewish community. It is now our responsibility to follow suit. My hope for the new year is to grow our endowment to ensure that future generations have everything they need to live proudly and safely as Jews.”

- Jennifer M. Brier, Esq., Chief Planned Giving Officer
