Turnout and spirits were high at all five of our Super Sunday locations across the region, as people embraced the opportunity to make calls close to home and to connect with friends, neighbors and their local *kehillot*. Together, volunteers of all ages from every corner of Greater Philadelphia made almost 10,000 calls and wrote over 520 letters to generous Jewish Federation supporters. The response has been enthusiastic, with over 1,400 pledges made so far — even more than last year. All those combined efforts mean that we at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia can continue doing what we do best: Serving vulnerable populations, inspiring community engagement and supporting Jewish life and learning. If you haven’t already pledged, there’s still time to [make your Super Sunday 2018 pledge](https://jfed.demo.cshp.co/ways-to-give/donate-now-super-sunday/). And to everyone who participated, from the bottom of our hearts: *Todah*. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-1.jpg) Students from Temple Hillel, Penn Hillel and Drexel Hillel spent their afternoon raising vital funds for the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia at our Center City location. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-2.jpg) Representatives from our NextGen affinity group led the evening shift in Center City. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-3.jpg) We had such a high turnout at our Malvern location that we had to open up some overflow rooms! ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-4.jpg) Teen Giving Project turned out in full force for Super Sunday this year. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-5.jpg) Volunteers get to work at our location in Fort Washington. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-6.jpg) Local high school students were all smiles at our location in Bala Cynwyd. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-7.jpg) In Malvern, two Hebrew high school groups spent the morning making round after round of vital phone calls. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-8-682x1024.jpg) Students and staff at the Mesivta High School of Greater Philadelphia at our location in Bala Cynwyd. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-9.jpg) Super Sunday is always an intergenerational day; here, a father and daughter join forces to make a call. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-10.jpg) Two young community members helped to Carry the Light on Super Sunday. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-11.jpg) Barrack Hebrew Academy Development Officer John Litchman (far right, baseball cap) led the group of staff and students for Super Sunday on the Main Line. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-12.jpeg) Board Chair Susanna Lachs Adler (front row, second from left) joined Bucks County Jewish Coalition Chairs Alan Sheinberg and Debbie Rosenberg (back row, second and third from left) and teens from a confirmation class from Kehilat Hanahar led by Rabbi Diana Miller. ![](https://blog.jewishphilly.org/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/super-sunday-photo-roundup-13.jpeg) From left: Montgomery County Commissioner Val Arkoosh, Nathan and Mary Relles, Jewish Federation Chief Development Officer Melissa Greenberg, Shira Goodman and Montco Commissioner Ken Lawrence spent their morning at our location in Fort Washington.
