The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is thrilled to announce that Sarah Solomon is the new Chief Development Officer. This well-deserved promotion comes after Solomon assumed the role of Interim Chief Development Officer in February.

Solomon began her career at the Jewish Federation in 2010 in NextGen and grew into broader roles within Women’s Philanthropy, Major Gifts, the Sharon and Joseph Kestenbaum’s Legacy Philanthropy Program, and most recently as Campaign Director, before becoming Interim Chief Development Officer.

"I am grateful to the leadership of the Jewish Federation for providing me with so many opportunities for professional growth over the past 12 years," said Solomon. "I am thrilled to continue on in my career here and look forward to the incredible work we will do together for our Jewish community."

Trained in multi-generational giving and advising second and third generations on the transfer of wealth and philanthropy, Solomon has been instrumental in leading the Jewish Federation to achieve its fundraising goals.

We look forward to her continued success in her new role. Mazel tov!
