The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is pleased to announce that Kim Cianciotti Hiller has been promoted as the new Human Resources Manager.
“I love the Jewish Federation for its mission to help the community and to be able to work with our wonderful professionals,” said Cianciotti Hiller. “I'm looking forward to engaging our staff in a wellbeing initiative and to continue being a resource for them.”
Cianciotti Hiller began her 35-year career at the Jewish Federation as a personnel administrative assistant and transitioned to the payroll/benefits manager as payroll evolved and required more direct administration. She has been instrumental in improving the efficiency of payroll, benefits and safeguarding employee information and financial resources.
In her new role, Cianciotti Hiller will fully manage and overview the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of Jewish Federation professionals.
