The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is pleased to announce Max Moline as the director of the Jewish Community Foundation.

“I have had the wonderful privilege of working at the Jewish Federation in several, very different roles, and this opportunity is an amazing next step,” said Moline. “I am already learning so much about the complexities of planned giving, the depth of relationships it can nurture, and the critical importance it holds for the Jewish Federation and for the nonprofit industry in general. As someone who is always energized to tackle a new challenge, I am excited to learn it all and do my part in ensuring the Jewish community's sustainable future.”

Moline has served as the Jewish Federation's director of community engagement for the past three years. In this role, he worked to build a leadership structure for the Jewish Federation’s Kehillot, which is the organization’s neighborhood initiative to create vibrant Jewish communities throughout Greater Philadelphia.

Prior to serving as director of community development, he was part of the Jewish Federation’s Financial Resource Development department, serving as the director of NextGen

In Moline’s new role, he will bring his skills and experience in fundraising and community engagement to support the Jewish Federation’s endowment campaign through its Jewish Community Foundation. He will also oversee several committees and events, work with key lay leaders and advisers on a planned giving strategy, and assist with oversight and relational work for donor-advised funds, the Life & Legacy program, and more.
