This fun and surprisingly simple carrot cake doughnut recipe, courtesy of Abington-born celebrity kosher chef Jamie Geller (publisher of JOYofKOSHER.com), bakes the doughnuts instead of frying, substitutes icing for cream-cheese frosting and recommends whole wheat flour for even healthier results.
