The Intersection Between Disability and Jewish Identity

Join the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) for a virtual panel on the intersection between disability and Jewish identity. The conversation will be led by JCRC Director Jason Holtzman, who will be joined by expert panelists Chani Baram, chief relationship officer of Philly Friendship Circle, Stacy Jarett Levitan, executive director of Judith Creed Horizons for Achieving Independence (JCHAI), and Gail Norry,  immediate past co-chair of the board of the Jewish Federation. Join the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), Gratz College, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the American Jewish Committee (AJC) for a town hall on rising antisemitism in our community. Hear from top local leaders and experts as they share initiatives, programs and strategies to combat this pressing issue. Antisemitism in Philadelphia

What are our kids facing at school? And how is our community handling antisemitism in everyday life? Join women from Greater Philadelphia to hear from Lori Lowenthal Marcus, Esq., legal director of the Deborah Project, a public interest legal-think-and-action-tank that defends the civil rights of Jews facing discrimination in educational settings.
