Philadelphia Holocaust Memorial Ceremony

The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia commemorates the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising with the community in observance of Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day. The ceremony will include a candle lighting, music, readings and prayers to commemorate the six million Jews who perished in the Shoah and honor the survivors living in our communities. Yom HaShoah Performance of ‘Survivors’

Join Old York Road Kehillah and Gratz College for a Holocaust Remembrance Day service and meaningful performance by Theatre Ariel of “Survivors,” a play based on the testimonies of ten Holocaust survivors from New York. Yom HaShoah Community Holocaust Remembrance Program

Join the Lower Merion Kehillah for an annual communal observance of Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day. The commemoration will feature candle lighting by Holocaust survivors and family members, liturgy, music, and a thoughtful and moving presentation by author and investigative reporter Isabel Vincent. Israel 75: Community Mitzvah Day

Bring family and friends out for a day of good deeds and giving back in honor of Israel. Over 25 hands-on volunteer projects will be offered by organizations across Greater Philadelphia, in collaboration with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s neighborhood Kehillot. 'Sing Hallelujah'

In partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, "Sing Hallelujah" returns for the fourth time on the Kimmel Cultural Campus. This year’s program will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the State of Israel and feature singer, songwriter, and humanitarian, Noa. Noa will perform alongside congregational and community choirs from synagogues throughout the Delaware Valley, presenting 175 singers! Cantor David F.
