Hear firsthand experiences from Israel on and since the October 7 massacre. Our speakers are active members of Greater Philadelphia’s Partnership2Gether (P2G) communities. For over a quarter of a century, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia has formed and nurtured a strong bond with our P2G communities of Netivot and Sdot Negev, which border Gaza and are subjected to frequent rocket attacks and constant unrest. Pre-Purim JRA Food Distribution & Kehillah Purim Palooza

Volunteer with the Jewish Federation’s Northeast Kehillah at JRA and participate in a mitzvah! Wear a costume and eat some delicious hamantaschen. From 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., join JRA Juniors for ages 10 and under to pack boxes and enjoy stories and crafts. Starting at 10:00 a.m., packing for ages 10 and older will begin. Volunteer with Women's Philanthropy at Our Closet

Volunteer opportunity! You are invited to join Women’s Philanthropy to do a Mitzvah at Our Closet In Your Neighborhood. We’ll sort clothing items to be distributed for free in the Greater Philadelphia area through this popular program. Our Closet In Your Neighborhood is a free mobile program that provides those in need with the basic necessities of food and clothing, as well as access to services and benefits, which is supported by the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Monte Carlo Purim Masquerade

Join the Jewish Federation’s Nextgen group in partnership with the Chevra and other young Jewish professional organizations for the ninth annual Purim masquerade. Purim at the Zoo

Philadelphia Zoo

What could be better than celebrating Purim at the zoo!? Hosted by the Philadelphia Zoo in collaboration with the Jewish Federation’s neighborhood Kehillot and other community organizations, enjoy activities inside the atrium, the Rare Animal Conservation Center and the inside Treehouse. All Purim Festival activities are included with Zoo admission. Be sure to wear your best Purim costume and join us for a parade at the North End of the Zoo at 1:00 p.m. To register, click here.
