There’s something in here for everyone to enjoy!\*     INGREDIENTS: 1 Kosher hot dog 1 hot dog bun 1 tsp. brown deli mustard 1 tbs. chopped liver ¼ cup matzoh meal Oil for frying 1 whole wheat pita Shredded lettuce ½ tomato, chopped ½ onion, chopped 2 dollops hummus 1 dollop tahini 1 20 oz. whole whitefish (smoked) 5 Gallons matzah ball soup   PREPARATION: 1. Grill hot dog. Place in bun and top with mustard 2. Add chopped liver and dredge in matzoh meal 3. Flash-fry to a golden brown in pan or fryer 4. Place in pita and add desired amount of lettuce, tomato and onion 5. Top with hummus and tahini 6. Place inside whole whitefish 7. Add to container of matzah ball soup 8. Enjoy! *\*Please enjoy responsibly.
