The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia is pleased to welcome Jordyn Bloom to the Marketing Department as the new events coordinator.
In her role, Bloom is responsible for planning and helping facilitate the Jewish Federation’s variety of events throughout the year. She will also coordinate vendor bookings and event plans for smaller gatherings.
“I’m so excited to be working at the Jewish Federation and to be part of an organization that brings people together and has such a positive impact on the community,” Bloom said. “I am looking forward to assisting with events and seeing how people connect, build relationships and are able to feel such a strong sense of community from our programming.”
Before joining the Jewish Federation, Bloom was a sales and catering coordinator at The Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh, where she supported sales and catering operations, managed client relationships and coordinated private dining bookings. Her work also included maintaining the hotel’s Salesforce database and preparing sales and catering reports.
Bloom also spent time at Perfectly Planned by Shari, where she gained valuable event and marketing experience by conducting media outreach, overseeing vendor coordination and assisting with event logistics.
Bloom graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management.
